After graduating, Jack was living in
Jacksonville, FL where he and my mother (Toni Kaye Hunter) met.
Upon marrying, Jack and Toni moved to Toni's hometown of Granite
City, IL. Jack and Toni had two sons, Ross - born 1970 and Jason
- born in 1972. Jack worked as a "Tool Room Machinist" and was
employed by Olin Corp.
In 1986, Jack had his first heart attack
and thus began the long journey he experienced. In January of
2000, Jack underwent a cardiac transplant. Seven days later his
body could fight no more and he passed away.
Jack is survived by his wife Toni, sons
Ross (wife - Michele)and Jason (wife - Rachel), and grandchildren
Joshua & Joseph (Ross' children) and Jacob & Kaitlyn (Jason's
children).
